Rufus P Taylor - Elizabeth Lowe

Rufus Taylor Sr. married Elizabeth Lowe on July 4, 1842 in Gonzales County, Texas. He served as a Texas Ranger under Captain Jack Hays from March 1, 1844 to June 1, 1844. The Taylor-Sutton Feud claimed the lives of two of his sons, Rufus aka Scrap Jr, and Martin Luther Taylor.
