An argument began in a saloon in Clinton, Texas amoung Bill Sutton and Buck Taylor that resulted in the deaths of Buck Taylor and kinsman Dick Chisolm. Several memoirs written of the incident differ greatly on what took place and who shot first, but most believe (on the Taylor side) that this was the beginning of the Taylor-Sutton Feud.
