During World War II, Tom Hann served in the United States Army as a machine gunner in the Pacific. He worked for Master Feed and Grain in Oxford fifteen years before becoming a machinist for Mosler Safe Company. He retired from Moslers in 1987. He was a member of the Fairfield chapter of the VFW.
